MusuGo Map Editor
MusuGo (v0.4.2) is a Map Editor I've made to use for my own games, but it's pretty simple to use and the map format is really basic.
The readme should have everything you need to know in it, and if it doesn't, let me know.
I'm not sure why yet, but sometimes Vista has issues with it, and I've had a few winXP people have it crash, too.
